Oh, if you reply to mine, I'll probably go do yours. It's just that I spend next to no time on LJ, and I'll avoid doing people's if they show a lack of interest in my presence here.

D'ya know what's weird? Having an idea once, and then having that exact same idea later... and thinking it's a good idea. Really says something about my short-term memory. Notice the title of my last update was "Escape From Sile", well, a few days after that I was trying to think of a name for a game, or a book, or something, and I though of calling it "Escape From Sile". Mark, you fool.

I spent a while tonight trying to read people's LJs, and I have to say, I really just don't care enough. If I could be FUCKED spending an hour reading through all that crap, I might. But I can't be fucked.

Maybe LJ is just a cheap way of telling people your day, but doing it once and telling all of your friends. Personally, I prefer to tell my *real* friends what the day was like, ask them how theirs was, how they are, etc. By the way, if I don't do that for you, don't fret. I also get very, very bored online, and tend to ignore people for weeks at a time. I'll probably still talk to you at length in person, but online, I hang out with the 1337 crew, thank you very much.

Also, if you're talking to me online, don't even ask what I'm doing. There's a 90% chance that I'm reading computer hardware reviews, and keeping up to date with technology news. The other 10% is spent on comedy (Penny Arcade, Warbucket, BBspot, etc) and checking the weather ;)

Right, so I returned from the "Land of the Long White Cloud" (various trademarks ensue). NZ is generally a good place, thoroughly enjoyable if you hang around the tourist enclaves, and avoid the sheep.

I'm thinking I'll write a "Nommic's review of NZ" for the eXit review section.

I'm over New Years Eve (thank god, if I wasn't I'd be a total fucking loser). Oh, by the way, I'm a loser anyway.

Not as if I care really though, because I have a new car, I'm getting ADSL, and I know which uni course I'll be doing, even before the offers come out.

So....yeah.

By the way, I'm feeling rather sick after reading Daphne's post about New Year's Eve. Let's just say that I can't act for shit.

I'll be in NZ for a while, from tomorrow till some date in the unforseeable future (the 17th... I can't imagine how much sleep I could accomplish between now and then if I weren't going to be in another country). Gonna make a sheep joke now are you? Didn't think so.
